Recently, the Office of the Weifang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions officially issued the “Notice on Commending Outstanding Female Employee Groups and Individuals in Weifang City.” Amid fierce competition, only two individuals from our city stood out and were recognized as “Model Female Employees of Weifang City,” with Li Na from our company’s R&D Department earning this honor thanks to her exceptional performance at work.
On the research and development front, Li Na has consistently demonstrated unwavering focus and a spirit of innovation, overcoming numerous technical challenges. She has mastered the design of product casting systems and the development of new‑product manufacturing processes, injecting strong momentum into the company’s R&D efforts. Her accomplishments have not only brought honor to the company but have also set an inspiring example for female employees across the city.
