To enrich the company’s cultural life, inspire employees to adopt a proactive and ambitious work ethic, strengthen interpersonal bonds across departments, workshops, and subsidiaries, and highlight the power of our team‑oriented collaboration, the company organized a unique tug‑of‑war competition on March 19, 2016. A total of 19 teams took part in the event. Throughout the contest, participants embraced a spirit of unity, cooperation, and relentless striving, fully immersing themselves in the competition and driving the atmosphere to a thrilling climax, thereby showcasing the energetic and positive outlook of our workforce.

During the competition, the team members embodied a spirit of solidarity, collaboration, and relentless striving, fully immersing themselves in the event and driving the atmosphere to a fever pitch, thereby showcasing the company’s employees’ positive and energetic outlook. In the end, the East‑Line Electric Furnace Workshop took first place, while the North Workshop of the Processing Plant and the West‑Line Shell‑Making Workshop claimed second and third places, respectively.
